She was inspired to start her all-vegan business to share her passion for animal welfare, uses non-GMO ingredients, and brings a smile to everyone she meets. If you’re in the International District, we highly recommend stopping by Chu Minh Deli, Tanya’s restaurant, to try deliciously plant-based Vietnamese plates.
